Our Qualifications:

Catherine M. Wood, is a holistic therapist, and a trained herbalist. Catherine works with clients who have depression, anxiety, codependency, eating disorders, and low self-esteem. Catherine's approach is eclectic and therapy focuses on the psychological, emotional, spiritual, and nutritional aspects of the client. Ongoing issues address family relationships, abuse-related dynamics and addictive and/or codependent behavior.


As an herbalist, Catherine meets and assesses an individual's needs. Catherine also explores any emotional issues, which may interfere with an individual's lifestyle. Her approach is holistic addressing relationships, nutrition, workplace, exercise, sleep patterns, and physical complaints. She has worked with and researched herbs for over 15 years and maintains her own apothecary.


Catherine grows many herbs in her organic garden and makes her own tinctures, teas, salves, and lotions for professional and personal use.
Catherine specializes in herbal interventions for mental health, substance abuse, natural hormone replacement therapy, women's health, and herbs for kids.
